4 Reasons Why I Chose flodesk to grow my email list

If you’ve heard about flodesk and it wasn’t in regards to their pricing, it was probably centered about their beautiful email templates.
One of my biggest hiccups to email marketing was not knowing where to start. How do I create a welcome sequence? What should my opt-in email say? What should my email even LOOK LIKE?!

If you don’t know this already, I’m a huge fonts gal. I love having a variety to choose from and mix and match depending on the message I’m trying to portray.

3. Customer Service
Customer service can truly make or break a user experience, especially when it’s something you’re putting your hard-earned dollars into month after month.
Martha and Rebecca (the CEOs of Flodesk) are seriously amazing. The first time I had a question, I received an email within a couple of hours with an answer and a request to get on a call to resolve the issue if it wasn’t fixed. It was fixed from their solution, but that’s truly serving your customers at its finest.
The next time I had a question (I know I know, I ask a lot of questions), I posted about it in the Facebook group and found my answer there. My issue was resolved through there, but Martha STILL emailed me personally to thank me for my support of Flodesk. You don’t get direct emails from the CEO of a service you’re using very often, y’all.
There’s also a Facebook group where other Flodesk users (AND Martha and Rebecca) are asking and answering questions. It’s one of the most supportive and helpful groups I’ve ever been a part of. And trust me, I’m part of a lot.
In the group the other day, I saw a poll Rebecca launched asking what template we’d like to see next. And that’s pretty freaking cool if you ask me. Friendly, open to feedback, receptive, supportive, and quick. What more could you ask for?!
